CranioSacral
Therapy: (75 minute session)
This
treatment releases blockages in the spine to free cerebral spinal fluid
flow within the cranio-sacral system. It also works to release torque and
tension in the fascia (connective tissue).
Reflexology:
(1 Hour)
Relaxing,
and often invigorating, pressure point work on the feet. The entire
surface of the feet are worked in tiny “bites” from the
practitioner’s thumbs and fingers, to reflexively stimulate the whole
body. The hands may also be worked in this manner.
Reiki
Treatment: (1 Hour)
Reiki
is energy work. It is very gentle, yet powerful, and does not involve
pressure or manipulation. Reiki balances overall body energy, as well as
the energy centers in the body connected with the endocrine gland.
Pregnancy
Massage: (1 Hour)
Using
a specialized pregnancy pad, I work to relieve tension
in the expectant
Mother’s body.
